Wellness Coaching for Special Needs Families

Parenting a child with special needs is a journey of immense love, strength, and unique challenges. You are your child's greatest advocate, but who is advocating for you? In the midst of managing appointments, therapies, and daily routines, it's easy for your own well-being to take a backseat.

That's why we created our 1:1 Parent Wellness Coaching program—a sanctuary for you to feel seen, heard, and supported. This is more than just coaching; it's a partnership dedicated to helping you find balance, build resilience, and create sustainable, peaceful rhythms for your family.

In our sessions together, we will:

• Navigate Stress with Grace: Develop personalized strategies to manage daily stressors, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and cultivate a sense of calm in your home.
• Build Sustainable Routines: Work together to create practical, holistic family routines that support everyone's health—from nutrition and sleep to connection and play.
• Rediscover Your Own Needs: Carve out space to focus on your personal well-being, so you can show up as the centered, resilient parent you want to be.
• Receive Expert Guidance: Benefit from strategies rooted in functional wellness, guided by a Functional Medicine Certified Coach who understands the unique challenges your family faces.

Accessible Support: Our Nonprofit Commitment

We believe that every parent deserves access to transformative support, regardless of their financial situation. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to serve our community, not to generate profit.

That is why we have priced our coaching with intention.

Our standard rate for a one-hour session is $85.

This rate is set at least 15% below the standard market rate for specialized wellness coaching, which typically ranges from $100 to $250 per hour. By choosing our services, you are not only investing in your own well-being but also helping us sustain our mission and continue providing low-cost and free resources to the entire Pure Living Family community.
